  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. Payment for services must be made as per the agreed terms. Any additional services requested will be charged accordingly. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • 4. Customer Obligations
  • Customers must provide accurate information about their property and cleaning requirements. Any hazardous or unsafe conditions must be disclosed before the service begins. Evershine is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues within the property.

  • 5. Liability & Warranty
  • While we take every precaution, Evershine is not liable for any incidental damages unless proven to be caused by negligence. We do not provide warranties on services, but we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
